We already have a concrete example of multiple forces collaborating successfully via a single Chronicle instance. This provides the collaborating forces with capacity and capability information, both individually and across the region. As well as saving money, collaboration projects with Chronicle also benefit from consistency of training delivery and operations which enable forces to benefit from further savings.
Chronicle's suite of modules enables forces to manage their entire operational support in one easy to use system.
Forces can either deploy Chronicle as a single force installation or collaborate with neighbouring forces or regions.
As well as saving costs in hardware, administration, support and training, a collaborative Chronicle will assist in achieving consistent training and operational standards among the forces in line with the Home Office document, The Shadow Strategic Policing Requirement.
